I just downloaded the quick-access plugin from ProcessLibrary.com. It gives you info on all your running processes.

Goto..
Start> Run> Type "msconfig"> Startup Tab
Then it lists all your startup programs. You can disable them, by clicking the check.

get TuneUp software this and much more cool thingies are in it =)

Just show the list, here and I'll tell you what to disable. ;)
google all the processes and see what the search returns.

I've know alot of what the process's that can be disabled. All of 'em just about cna be disabled, without anything drastic happening.
