i think u should tell more about the picture , you have made, like programs used time and i dunno just anything more, not just "c+c plz","tell me what u think" , etc.. u can say this if u post sig but not if u post something bigger. IMHO

WELL anyways, its a nice picture, i like what you've done to the lady's face.

I would try to not make the cloud filter so obvious & remove the drop shadow from the girls face, it draws it away from the rest of the image.
