I dont use any extensions/skins. I like my performance ;)
I use the BlackJapan theme. I also have PimpZilla installed. :P

StumbleUpon (for when I get bored on the 'net)
IEView (View FF sites in IE)
FirefoxView (View IE sites in FF)
I use Black Japan too! ^^
My favorite extention is Firefox Stealther, it means I can browse the internet without leaving any trace on my PC or my network of me ever being online :D
