sweet character man :)...id say keep practicing your anatomy skills, learn the way to build up a character from shapes/skeleton...makes it much easier to "see" what your drawing, and poportions is also something to practice at...keep it up!
the best thing about it is his cloak, which looks especially flea-bitten and realistic :)
the worst thing about it is his teeth; they just look a little odd imo.
