u can't convert 98 into xp....
If you have PC running 98, forget it.
Most PC's with 98 are to old to skin. =P

I don't have another copy of xp and I do have windows 98, so I stuck it on it. The PC was original made for xp so I know it can run xp but I just wanna know if there are any XP themes atm for 98.
windows 98 doesn't run on a theme system like xp does. so you can't have a theme, you can get a new shell like lightstep or something. but that's alot of work and very annoying in the long run. it's better to just go with xp.
