maybe work on making your shapes erm.. grrrr i'm going to spend ages thinking of the word...
..refined.. the inner arrows don't match and would look better if all the arrows were more .. symmetrical, like instead of the points being at a different angle to the other adjacent angle.. it's good though and do what verm said ^__________^
