My first sig

do something different with the text. tone it down or take off the stroke.lol
it would look better if you made him blend. make him look more blue

Look up some full sig tutorials in the tut section here, or at good-tutorials.com
I'd take the stroke off of the text and that render is pretty bad quality.

u want the sig to be smaller and not the focus of the signature.. and a better render that just isnt a face shot.. good try tho on ur first i suggest a grunge background tutorial because i like grunge/abstract :)
