Remember the 3 B's: Blending, Brushing (although not in all cases) and Borders. Look at the tutorials section of this site to learn some useful skills. I would post more but I'm doing coursework.

the third one is by far your best yet, so im gunna critique that one.
the bg actually works rather well. its nice and simple, but not simple to the point where it looks lazy. the opacity bar is a little opaque, maybe try setting it to overlay or softlight. the stroke on it (i think theres a stroke) is a little rough, either lower the opacity or make it smaller. the text is nice and simple, maybe make it dark red rather then black? and the glow could be a different colour. the default is a horrible colour, especially in this instance. the render actually looks good un blended here... however its placed in an odd spot, her head is half cut off. and the glow doesnt do much either... maybe if your going to use the glow use a different colour?
good work though, your definatly getting better.

change up the bar alittle bit...it seems wierd cuz its alot bigger than the text...text needs a lil work..background aint that bad
but the 3 B's and u should be good
