A bit too non real for me, but I am assuming those are blood splatters. Having a little girl/cat/whater the &*%$ it is in front of that makes you wonder, huh?

maybe if you got a picture of her in the mask cause her bright hair and stuff throws it off,...and make the blood on the wall make the blood on her shirt. you can do that with the eyedrop tool.
