actually those were pen tool curves, stroked, then motion blured and messed around with :P
well whateva you did it looks awesome
looks damn good i like it my light colored sigs never turn out any good

yeah but a curves layer would do it good, and maybe an omni lighting effect over keira with the opacity lowered, to put more focus on her.
