It looks like crap.

I quite like it, but i don't understand the reason for the drop shadows on most of the shapes, and why are all the edges so fuzzy, use then pen tool for smooth curves etc :) The wolf is kinda at a strange angle also, it's like... floating ontop of the rock :p A couple of layers of highlights and shadows wouldn't go amiss :D Keep at it, if you can get good cartoony style is ace :p
