Acrylic Painting (multiple images warning)

It's a bit distorted due to the lack of a scanner. The lighting wasn't that great. The background color is a lot duller in real life, though I didnt' bother adjusting it in the photo. The original size is 12x24 inches.

Acrylic is not one of my favorite mediums to work with. Comments are appreciated.

Thats really nice, good form. However i think the lighting could be more prominent to bring out more highlights and shadows in the plant.

nice, ive been trying to paint, but i dont have money enough to buy the actual paints. i dont really like the background colour though, otherwise nice details :)

Very nice. they could use a bit more depth and lightning like rob said, but other than that, they're great. Why don't you submit these on DA?

Oh wow, I wish I could paint like that. I love the colors, they work very well together. I'd say leave it as it is. It's like impressionism.
