i like the colours and concept fairly well.. but it still looks like its been filtered to death.. maybe next time if you were to vectorized it instead of filter it you may get better results.. but looks pretty cool.

screw vectors, it looks good like this
are those the world trade towers in the back?.....
well if you keep those in id say to try to outline them a bit more,
cuz those are the only ones with out an outline

@Horus: I made them lack an outline on purpose, they're fading away.
