i like the render. It's LUSH. But that's all i like, the render has really strong feel to it and the bg just has wrong colours and weak feel. And the border is darker and slightly thicker on the right then anywhere else?

i think it would be really tight if you made the border go up to the edge of the energy beam, then stop, and then do a transparency to the rest.
