lol just so you know that is a high one coming from me, an alright sig gets 6.5 - good gets 7.5 - excellent gets 8.5 -uber spiffeh gets 9.5
well, the border is decent and quite like the colours. I don't like the text really, would look better if the color would be the same as the border. what's up with those "+" ? lol. The bg looks rather empty, if you know what I mean, but maybe thats the look you're looking for? and the border shouldn't be that seethru. quite good job.
Ok i like the border and the background, the "technical proved" is also nice but you could change the font...
