Lacks unity. The background appears overdone and kinda drowns out the stock (only reason it doesn't completely is because the stock is a lot more saturated, but even then it doesn't match the background well). The text could be better as well, try a solid, fairly light and somewhat desaturated color with no layer styles (and maybe a blending mode, depends on what you get but chances are normal will look best). Try having the stock at a larger size (maybe like a close-up on the face), so that the background isn't overemphasized. That's just one solution though, it's possible to achieve unity without changing the size of the stock. Just keep the background fairly simple (but more complex than a solid color or a gradient at least). Anything you do to the background should mostly be subtle touches; the stock is the focus of the sig. You might try a gaussian blur on the background layer (assuming it's one layer, it not back everything up and merge the layers) and allow the stock more focus. Good luck.
