anyone wanna offer advice? (HELP!)

I made a sig using Image Ready(putting 3+ hours into it)..its a 2+Megabyte file so...if anyone knows where I can upload the image please tell or tell me how to make the animation(keeping it intact) into a smaller file...I have like 200+ frames on it...so..thats why it's so big...I'll post the sig up if you guys can help me...and is there any way to make the frames into "sets" or something....I'm a little "newbish" (you could say) with Image Ready...Thanks

PS: I have tried myfilebucket.com and that only gives you a link...I want it to just appear without having to click a link to get to it..thats just annoying to me..thanks in advance...
