I like this one alot. I'm only a noob at SERIUSLY maken banners and such, but it still made me smile when i saw it.
its quite good looking. although u seem to have blended in the render a bit too much. and the text is hard to see

much better than the first. i would say play with some blending modes tho, i like the details in the background, and it might be good to bring them out. text is better tho. oh, add a border too
