Does anyone know how to make a image rotator fraom a .html to a .png or something?

Hum. There's been many attempts at a signature rotater... But from what I have seen, it eats up alot of bandwith on servers. So no. I don't think theres a good option for what your looking for.

Only way i know of is to use an animated GIF or to use PHP

Look on hotscripts.com for "image rotator" or "randomizer" "image randomizer" etc. That site has a lot of scripts.

I'm thinking PHP, but im sure it can be done with JavaScript. If you know a bit of apache you can mod_rewrite the PHP randomized image and put it in your profile.
