Oh nice, mabe a little to many plus signs though :P. Or just faded in funny.
I really like the idea and the use of the brushes and text for the bg go nicely. Though I thing they should have been extended down a bit since it feels a little empty at the bottom, or near the biggest rain drop.
Nice work though.
