I think it's neat. Although I don't know anything about "vector".. I don't even know what it is really. But anyways.. I think the colours flow well, although.. what seems to be an eyebrow on the left side of the face seems a bit thick.

I love the blues :D nice work :) text would look better in a bolder / wider font :D

and some how my dumb ass computer didnt save the psd :'(

i agree with dale, maybe bolden the font a little.
