its been along time since i last did a sig and with acouple tuts ive come up with this :D

I think he used a c4d for the light and a Gaussian Blur layer set on lighten on top of everything.
Nice sig, I dont really like the text not those shapes but I like the smudging u did
Nice, the only thing I can say is that the background is a little pale.
I think the flower brushes a bit stong, they draw so much attention that the Halo render just looks like a dark blob XD.
The smudging around it is alright but as stated it's a bit pale. Though I think that's what your going for.
I think the halo render has lot to much detail on the face. Unless your wanting it to look like it's painted.
The text needs to be something that's wider and smoother, atm it's vary pixelated.
I like the scanlines, they fit vary well and provide this peice a grunge feel.
It's some nice work but you can most likely improve it quite easily just a few things.
