It's pretty cool, I think some colour would add to it though.
(also Playstation is ghey :P)
Make the title of the game bigger. I didn't notice it until after a while. I mean, that's what you're suppost to look at first. And what's up with the filterish effect you put on everything? Could be ok for the background, but you should leave the characters like they should be. Also, the text in the bottom should be as visible as possible. You want the viewer to read it.
I like the idea with black and white, but personally I'd throw in some soft tones. But that's just me, I always do that.
Oh, and is there any other differences between v1 and v2 except the rounded corners?
