ehh, decent. i lik ethe rain effect and the border is godly lol. i give it 7/10. nice dude
I would rate it but I like to rate ones work against his or her's own work and I havn't seen enough of your work... But Its great work.. I like depth you gave it and the rain going along with the kinda dark and gloomy feel to it and nice work on the border... if you get bored maybe try and give the border a metal or rusted metal look to it, that might look cool. just a suggestion.
