This is one of those weird things that I like.I like the coloring, colors, and the simplicity of it. Maybe you should color the border of the clock as well. It might also look cleaner without the pencil marks outside of the "concocting" object. The title fits it well. I like it!

looks kind of like a heart wiff a clock :O XDDD next time you do somthing of this sort, try looking at some photoshop lining tutorials (or just have at it) it will make your sketches look alot cleaner if you digitally line them in photoshop.

i actually did do all the line work in photoshop, but then i scraped it because i liked the dirty sketchy look more.

Some heavier shading in some parts would help, as would some highlights. But this is fuckin ace man :D

Exactly what i thought, and also reminded me of the 'clock crew' on newgrounds

Fun fact, i'm part of the clock crew, one of the senior members actually. *cough*

so naturally first thing i thought was "it's plasticine lumps clock!", haha, yeah it's cool looking but i think it'd look better if the sketch lines had a bit more of contrast in them.
