Vary nice, bg seems like it's had the wind filter to it, which looks good except a little over done IMO. The colors flow nicely from render to bg.
The text is a little out of place. It's vary sharp and defined yet the rest of the bg is not. I like the idea of it just needs to be blurred a bit.
Nice render, don't believe I've seen it before XD, again though the work done around is vary nice :).

No, I like it, jsut never got around to making an anime sig. Thanks for the comments though. I'll try to keep that in mind when doing text next time, and I'll try to lessen the wind a bit if I try that effect again.
