This is a pretty simple tutorial on how to create a double border. The 3D rendering I used was created by a friend of mine!
Step 1 http://www.gfxvoid.com/tutorials/pixelborder/1.gif
Create a new image. After you are done, merge all layers. Double click your layer, select stroke, and use the above options. Try experimenting with the color you use.

Here's my final product. If you look closely, you can see two different layers. I suggest you experiment with colors, and the number of layers to get the effect you're looking for!

the tut doesnt work for me, when i go to stroke nothin happens, when i go to put the layer underneath it wont let me, any help?

Make sure your image is cropped, and also make sure you set position to inner (thats really important).
If that still doesnt work, explain to me (in more details if you can) what you did and what went wrong.
