Lacks contrast in my view, could use a stronger focal point, the "underthesurface" text is barely visible to point of me having to squint to read it and what is up with that 3 pixel white space line on the bottom of it?

The machine goes alright, though it seems odd to be under water XD. I suggest making the bottom part of the sig just a bit darker since the machine's shadows are quite a bit darker than the water.

I like how you did Xander though Underthesurface should be just a bit bigger.

I also don't get what's with the white bar XD. Looks cool though nice work :).
