Lose the hearts, diagonal arrows, circular shapes, and the splatters and you'll be good to go. My advice is never to use those four things because they're the most cliche shapes used and people seem to think that hearts+arrows+circles+splatters = vector. That's wrong. A vector is nothing more than an image type in which shapes are defined by mathematical equations making it possible to increase the image size infinitely without losing quality. There is also raster (which accounts for the majority of pictures on the internet) in which the image is a grid of pixels with colors assigned to them - so when you increase the image size, you stretch the pixels losing quality.
Anyways, as for the shoe itself, I like it a lot and great colors too.
