[tag] new one

I haven't posted in a while, but this is my most recent tag.

I REALLY LOVE THIS TAG!!! It feels like a very high quality tag, nice use of blurring. The effects aren't over done and it has incredible flow. Nice job! The only real complaint is that there isn't much lighting, but I think that giving it a sense of lighting might mess it up. Or at least they way I would do it would mess it up.
