the render is from real real bad quality and i dont like the boarder and the outerglow of the text :( sorry.

There is no render. It's a difference gradient background.
No he means render like the person, not the bg ^_^
But ide rate it a 7/10, for it being your second sig, its not that bad. The border is a little to small, it should be stretched out more.
i like how the border is inside. has a unique look to it ;)
