I would put the render on top! I think it's ugly with the red waves going over her. I don't like the text, too simple/ doesn't fit. And the render could have been blended a LOT more, since it's not blended at all on the first one. the bg doesn't look that special to me either. Sorry, don't really like it . keep trying, that's my opinion

yeah looking good .. just layer order change , that'll make it look sharper.

I like the first one better than the second one...that ones looks messed up in my opinion....the text looks great and the render is blened well *in the first one*
