I really like it. But i think it's too dark on the left and too bright to the right. I think it could use a little more blue in there. And possibly make Megaman a little bigger?
yeah i agree wit everything u said now that i see it on a different forum
on a black forum it looks like it meshes in better...
only thing is if i make meaga man bigger...he'll get all pixelated

That is tricky, Depending on the forum I'm at sometimes i need a border, and most times I prefer not to put one.
I really like it. It took me a sec to find ol' Megaman, but once I did it looks very good. and ur improvement is amazing O.O
On a black background, lose the border and it's perfect. With a black background I noticed some details that weren't really noticeable on this background (easy way to check is to load it photoshop and switch to fullscreen mode near the bottom of the toolbar). For a lighter background you may want to try making the background dark blue rather than pure black. Great job overall though, definitely made for a darker forum.
