Personally I think this is clichéd crap but what the hey let's post it anyway. Reckon it's bare bones but I can't think of anything to do so it I'm leaving it.

I think its a little Bare and could be Smaller but like the star effect
Smaller :S It could be larger.
I like it, it just lacks detail, looks unfinished. Maybe add lights and such?

yep gotta go with Ben on this ..bigger would work and lights in some of the buildings
..Bigger? Yeah was thinking of lights but no idea how to do them so I guess I gave up, oh well. Thanks for all your replies anyway.
