The feathers look wicked but the rest looks unrealistic.

Work on lighting and keep at it, don't just stop because you have the basic amounts needed.

Spend some more time on this

the feathers and the beak look great, but they dont flow together.

The details on that look much better

I like it. MAybe touch up on the lines around the beak and work on where the white feathers become black feathers (transition) - it looks kind of too smudged there.
