i gave it a seven just beacuse i like the concept but the wires are a bit to much, i think they might be to distracting from the sites conten, and i dont like the thing around the home text, where the banner suddenly stops but theres wires under it still.
it looks like the wires on the banners are the same as those under the banner, just that they are bent really tight or something like that, i do think its to big to and that the all the home text etc arent to visible... otherwise good job :D

The wires dont even flow realisticly, yjey are WAY WAY overdone and too large, the wires should just be an added detail not the main focus of the banner. It also looks like a basic plan, needs much more detail.

So more detail + sorting out wires = 9/10 ;)

Overdoing the wire abit, its drawing attention away from what the skins main focus is, btw what is the main focal point of your skin or if any? Your forum name?
...Unless it was your intention to draw the most attention to the wires...?

yep, too much wire. But more importantly the white "plastic" looks really fake. Too much bevel and no shading on the inner screen thing, it just looks artificial. Look at a picture of an old Mac ibook. The shading in the plastic is very subtle. The biggest problem people have is that they do too much of an effect, because you think that it's not obvious enough. Make everything subtle, believe me it looks better.
