top one is by far better than the second one
just maybe dont make the text stand out so much, tone down the saturation a bit
2nd one looks like crap, I don't like it
I'm gonna go against you two, and say that I like teh second one better.
It might be just cause I'm farmiliar with the render... but I like what you did with it.

yea i thout the same thing as new. its ok, there both ok, but ion the second one it lokos liek rain is coming down on their heads, and i uno i like it.
I have to say l like your second sig more it looks much nicer than the first.
