Illustrator to PS

So yeah.. nooby question but..
How can i open .ai files in photoshop so that they are vector.
When i open my vectors they are just images :(

Good question. I personaly dont know the answer.
But I know when you save them as ai than open them in C4D they're just vectors.

thats how it was before when i saved them as ai, and opened in ps.
but now their just images...

try doing File>Export> and save it as a .PSD

I just dragged em from illy to ps
