Good attempt man for your first.My first sigs were horrible.
Did you smudge the bg in the first one? Seems a bit off, but still...great for a newcomer.
Put a border on your sigs, and when you save 'em, save as a .png instead of a .jpeg.

l love the first one you posted the most also try to use different fonts it would be really good.Other than that great job man theyre very good :)
Text is very very hard, especially for a newcomer. In most cases, not all, but most, keep your text small and simple. Use default windows fonts for a while until you get the jist of things. Generally speaking, less text is more. I still have a bitch of a time with text and I'm generally never too happy with my final results.
text is the worst, I have so many different ones too...nice to have a variety, but sometimes there is too much of a variety
