A little blurry around the top... is it a C4D render?

I like the layout, colours and just feel of it. BUT there is somethin which makes it seem, well im not sure. Maybe as if looking at it through dirty glass?
the blurry black spots in the top right corner, that may be the "as if looking at it through dirty glass".

Than alot of gradients, and than I set it to Luminosity, than some ight brushing over it :P
And yeah, the render ended in the top right, So I made a smaller copy, than blurred it a heck of alot, and it kindof ended up looking like a blob XD
