Make it smaller and fill the bottom right. Try just moving the text.
I'll trim it and put the text somewhere else... :)
I really don't know what to fill it with...maybe a bullet...

you kinda have two backgrounds there that don't match... the smudge (i'm assuming) and that gradient. i'd lose one or the other or try to make them fit together better. and yeah, the text is just hanging there. try moving it closer to the stock.
Agreed, lose the gradient and add some render blending. Everything else I like. Nice job.
No way. Don't get rid of the gradient. Thats the best part IMO.
