I think a green bg would have worked better. It would contrast the red of the spray can, and the rose... a little better.

If i woulda done it... iw ould have fine tuned it a little more. Maybe have the guy twisting out of the city, from inbetween the buildings ( on a perspective or something )

And also keep the same level of detail on the foregroud as the background ( the scribbles on the wings )

well yeah, i see what you mean.
i might go back and tune a few things, but this is basically it.

the colour of the bg kinda leaves something to be desired, maybe more of a defined gradient with more colour change, and a bit of a texture to it (add just a tiny tiny tiny bit of noise to it). also, maybe as those buildings get further back in the image they start blending into the colour of the sky, or just make silloets (i cant spell that) of buildings to simulate the rest of the city.

i think i'll add some texture to the background when i touch it up, but tomorrow :S

Yeah it needs some texture. Its nice and clean right now but a bit boring.
