(Credit: I generated some Multi-Perlin on top of the Hell's Peek .ter file, and messed around with the Atmosphere and Light settings from the matching World File. Thanks to Andy Welder @ Renderosity for those.
Well it looks really good :) The settings are all actaully really really nice. Although i do think that the rock would look better... less.. jagged. Smoother would be more realistic. ( eg use bigger tool )
But the river looks fantastic :D you should paint some cracks in it, with ps ;)

looks nice, cool atmosphere, but some places are a bit pixely.
idk how terragen works, but you could probably sort that out in ps
