What truely made me mad when I heard about this was that they didnt put the university into lockdown after they heard about the first shooting. The first shooting wasnt far away and they should have at least warned the students to stay indoors. And actually, when the three students barricaded the door, the gunman was able to open the door about 6 inches but the three students were able to re-shut it and thats when the gunman fired at the door - according to a student who was part of those three and had been interviewed.

i got so depressed reading about this on the headlines a couple of days ago.

what a bunch of fags, as soon as i heard the words school shooting immediately i knew they'd start asking what music he was listening to and what games he played and shit.. fucking gay ass bastards

Personally I think the general public doesn't need to see all this crap. The media's now made the guy a damn celebrity.

And that's what he wanted.

Now, what really makes me sick is that the media, within the first few hours of breaking the story, started pointing fingers. Lockdown the campus? You've got to be kidding me. The guy who was covering the two murders was just a rent-a-cop. If there was a shooting at the gas station down the street (which there was near me the same day), they're not going to shut down the neighborhoods surrounding it.

How were they supposed to know that the guy who did it was walking over to the other building with two pistols in his pockets? They couldn't have, and it's ridiculous that people start blaming others right away.

What's going to happen now, and I know it will within the next year, is some kid in high school's going to see that guy's picture where he's holding both the guns and think he looks pretty cool. That kid probably won't do anything about it, but someone will. People will deny that the upcoming shooter had any connection with this week's massacre, and I'll shout bullshit at the top of my lungs, even if I ruin my family's thanksgiving dinner doing it.

There'll be a copycat because the media gave him what he wanted: attention.

And he set a new record, another phyco will want to beat that.

I just think its overall FUked up, and i think eveyone agrees.
