Tips:
Very monotonous.. try using more colours in there
Text doesn't cohere with the style of background or the stock for that matter, i love cs/css though =D

Also if you didn't understand a few words i said because it's photoshop lingo here: http://www.gfxvoid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17889 a glossary, learn it as it come's in handy when referring to your art or other's :)
