A couple of webpage/layout designs....

Okay, i'm an on and off user of photoshop, learning bits here there and everywhere. Just wondering what you people think of these:

First one, a webpage design:

nice work u got there... i dont use MySpace.. but i rarely see such creativity on there... hmm.. its not finkished is it? some stuff dont work.... even scrollbar..
