most of them are nice, but they all need work on text. vary the fonts up, try other colors (white with lowered opacity doesn't look good often) and experiment with placement.

Great sigs! I think one of the reasons the samus one is my favorite is because the white text works. I agree with jsoosiah though, vary the colors and placement a bit. Very cool though!

I really like the light on the Kakashi one (yay for Naruto which I've only seen like 5 or 10 episodes of!). It gives it a nice ambience.
I like the effects in the back of the Link one too.
And I guess it's the "My Lero Romance" one (no idea what that is), but his face is a little washed out by the lighting.
(um, I don't really know much about sigs, so you may not want to listen to me. xP)
But overall, they're really good. Great job! ^^

I've always felt default fonts are the best as they're subtle but I know whatr yas mean.
