Would be much better without the BG thing IMO.

Apart from that its okay.

Not very logo like though XD

I like it. The second one is better imo the text fits in more.

I like the second more, i agree with Ben though its a bit pixely. Text isn't bad though. Also the shadow is pretty cool. bu as said before isn't very logo like. :)
