Sort the colors, otherwise its nice. Decent layout, maybe move it down 50px so theres an equal black area on either side. =]
the graphics are nice but as a site it sucks.. try to avoid just slicing in photoshop because it loads slow and the text .. wait what text?
The overall colors of the site just seem kind of downbeat.

yeah man some tips when doing it on photoshop try to remove text, and also blocks of colours which can be replaced by a frame with the a background colour or even more effective is to have a 1 px wide image of a colour with the height at whatever you want depending on the frame and have it repeat .. i forgot what you do exactly but i'll make a tut later when i come online..
I like that alot more =] Still could use work, but its a pretty decent website now.
