The font is very blurry, thats really the only thing I dislike. The border also could be improved - why not crop it up a bit and make the black transparent? That would be cool (I think =))
not too bad, maybe work a little on how many tech brushes you have and the size of them, also, the border needs work. but a good job nonetheless.
I THINK THE BORDER WITH THE DROP SHADOW IS WHAT AINT WORKING.

the bg and the brushings looks good, but i agree a crop and opacity change on the border would be cool,gj m8
